Terms & Conditions Contract
The student agrees not to re-distribute - whether through email, reproduction of lessons, copying and pasting, printing, faxing, or any other manner - Apostolic Praise Material (including videos, study information, homework goals, homework assignments, audio tracks or emails) for any reason to any individual, whether purposely or accidently. The only person that is to view, use, or listen to this material is to be the student. (The only exception is that the student may print off 1 copy for their own personal use and practice; however, this copy may not be re-copied or re-distributed in any form by anyone - student or non-student.
If anyone is found or suspected to be guilty of this, they may be subject to accusation of breach of contract, stealing, copyright infringement, (to name a few) and are responsible for all and any fees and recompensation, that may be due Apostolic Praise School of Music as a result of this.
In a nutshell, please do not take the liberty to give away or share our lessons. You are paying for them and if found guilty of sharing them, the student is responsible for paying for every person's registration to whom they have given a lesson. ($75 per person)
All of that being said, it is also a sin (stealing), and why be lost over something silly like that?
Okay, all of that is over with now.
